update

We really didn't fall off the face of the earth. We have just been busy and some of us not feeling awesome due to morning sickness. Baby will grace us with its presence in late sept assuming all goes well.  Kaylee is growing up too fast and is now in a toddler bed. She likes the idea if it but doesn't necessarily like going to bed in it.
Addison had Dr Seuss week last week and got to go to school with "whoville" hair. She enjoyed things being a little different at school. She has been bored lately with it.
The kids loved the snow storm we got and so did I because it pretty much all melted with in a week!

In Feb the kids enjoyed the spring weather out side and practiced roller skating with their skates from Christmas. Kaylee loves her babies any and all and pushing them in their stroller or shopping cart is awesome.

Clark has really started to love drawing. He is very meticulous with his art work and very specific. In this picture he is explaining to me what everything is.
Here is our indoor beach in Jan Addison made. She even cut out shells and fish to put in the sand and water.
Clark's flower picture for me. :) his favorite color is still green and he still absolutely loves sprinkler pipes, tinker toys and mowing with his lawn mower.

Christmas

I am not going to write too much mostly because Clark's movie is ending and it's just easier not to be on the computer when he wants to be. ;)  Here are a bunch of pictures from Christmas.  It really was a fun Christmas.  We got to be with both families quite a bit and Tyler and I also enjoyed a get away to celebrate our eighth wedding anniversary.  I am in a January slump right now but I think part of that has to do with being sick for a week and still not feeling fabulous... We really were blessed during 2014 and are excited for 2015.  Time just keeps flying by and we can't call it back but then again I don't know that we would want to.  We keep learning and growing though all these mortal life experiences and although I miss my kids being teeny tiny I love watching them grow and learn...

Mom and Dad opening their kitchenaide from all their kids... Mom cried for those of you who weren't there. ;)

Dad bought Mom a new wedding ring for Christmas this year. (She lost her original one at our house somewhere...)

We spent some time with Connor and Tim on Christmas and then also went sledding with them the next day.

We didn't do to well taking pictures of just hanging out and having fun but we did that a lot too! We played games and the kids did some crafts with my parents while we were gone.  Dad W got out his electric trains that were a big hit with Clark too.

6 Years Old!

I can't believe my baby is already 6 years old!  She really is such a big helper and hasn't been my baby for a long time but she stills loves to snuggle!  Addison wanted a Gingerbread party this year so that's what we did.  The kids decorated gingerbread men with glitter then decorated a real gingerbread house.  I told Addison we needed to keep it small and that next year we probably wouldn't do a party.  I didn't mean for it to become an every year thing just sort of morphed into it so this year we will be backing off from having lots of friends over but focussing on doing something fun as a family that the birthday kiddo picks.

Addison had a fun day, but was tired by the end.  She not only had her birthday party but her school Christmas party on her birthday as well.  Addison did a fun poster all about her... Should have taken a picture of it... maybe I will get it back then I will.  She put that her favorite color is pink (although whenever I ask her she says all the colors).  Addison loves to draw and color.  She loves to play with her friend Breda and cousin Hallie and play Barbies and polly pockets.  She loves reading books.   She loves chocolate. :)  She also lost her first tooth right about a week after she turned six.  We went to Idaho to visit family and she lost it up there.

Fall Adventures

We love carving pumpkins.  I think it's one of my favorite parts about Halloween.  Notice I don't have any pictures of the kids in their costumes... :( I think there are a few on my phone, but it's always so hard because we are too busy playing and running around crazy to get good pictures.  Oh well try to remember I suppose.  We did have a fun Halloween.  We went to the library in the morning for story time and a Halloween parade which is pretty much the kids walking around in their costumes getting book marks and fruit snacks etc. They enjoyed it.  Addison was Elsa this year from Frozen along with about 50% of other girls... Clark was Sulley from Monsters Inc. (I had the privilege of making his costume this year...) and Kaylee was a ladybug.  She pretty much looked just like Addison did in the same ladybug costume so I should just put up one of those pictures ;) Then I can pretend I got one of her.  So after the library we came home had lunch and Kaylee took a nap then it was off to Dad's new work in downtown SLC to go trick-or-treating there.  I think Tyler had fun showing them off.  Then we brought him home with us and made pizza and had a few friends from the neighborhood over for dinner and all went trick-or-treating together.  It's become a fun tradition.  We love getting together with them.

Here are some Fall pictures we got of the kids... They weren't being super cooperative but oh well.  Tyler doesn't want me to get any "professional" ones done because he can take good pictures which is very true although one of our lens is broken and he had to manually focus which didn't work so well on our wild children. :) I think he did manage to get a couple winners though and really there were very few tears during the whole process.  I don't even think Tyler cried. ;)  Hope everyone is having a fantastic Fall.  We can hardly wait for the Holidays so we can see family and spend time together!  We miss them all so much! Now that the weather has turned cold it feels like it should be here.  I guess we can wait another couple weeks if we have to though.

Clark turns 4!

We are so grateful Clark is in our family! He brings a whole different dimension that wouldn't be there otherwise. :) We love him so much. At four years Clark loves the color green, "mowing" the lawn, painting, gears, sprinklers, and hucklecat to name a few things. He also loves his big sister Addison and sister Kaylee. He had his first real friend party involving activities other than the park. We did a fall theme since he couldn't decide and he was excited about it so I ran with it. We painted foam pumpkins, played musical chairs, pin the nose on the pumpkin and of course had cupcakes and presents.  It was mostly just fun with only a touch of stress. ;) we love you clark!

Clark loves all his presents especially the building ones. He got gears and special building magnets from grandparents. Both have been a big hit! I think I have already spent at least 6 hours building with him in the past 3 days. (That is not to mention the time he himself has been building!) Thank you everyone for helping Clark feel extra special in his special day!
