Clark turned 3 years old today! Clark is such a joy! He loves the color green and pretty much anything with wheels that move along with his mower and now his weedwacker!!! We promised him a toy weedwacker as soon as he went potty in the toilet and guess what? He is doing it and what better time to get a present than on his birthday. :) I love killing two birds with one stone... so to speak... Clark is a pretty happy and go lucky guy most of the time. He gets very involved in what he is doing and sometimes gets upset if he has to change directions when he is not ready. He still really enjoys Temples and loves songs and books each night. We love you Clark!
For his birthday he wanted a sprinkler cake. Yes, he loves sprinklers, the ones that pop up out of the ground and water the lawn... This spring as the snow melted we walked along the street and had to stop and see every sprinkler along the way not just once but many many times... His fascination hasn't changed. So anywho... he had a sprinkler cake yesterday with Grandma and Grandpa T and our adopted Grandparents from next door Jay and Elly. Then cupcakes with sprinkles tonight at his party at the firefighter park. We had friends and cousins there to help celebrate and the kids enjoyed playing on the playground while the adults talked. It was really nice to have it low-key, but so enjoyable. I will remember parks in the future for other birthdays... :) We also enjoyed skyping with Grandma and Grandpa W and family. We love you all so much! Thank you for remembering Clark and being part of our lives.

Life....
So we have been pretty busy, but enjoying life. This is sort of long and mostly for me so when I finally catch up scrapbooking I can remember why, where, what and who about the pictures and life during this time. Here are some snapshots of what we have been up to... We have gone to the park a few times. Here are some pictures Tyler took while we were there one time. Tyler was pushing Clark so high the chains would go slack and Clark just loved it! I was a little nervous but I guess that's what moms are for. In one picture is a little boy next door that we babysat which is something I am doing regularly. Addison loves having the playmates and Clark is ok with it. I wouldn't go so far as to say love but he does pretty good sharing and getting along. Of course we had to get Clark with his blanket. He is a regular Linus... That is what he really should be for Halloween. Kaylee has been smiling for over a month now! Wow... time goes by so fast. I just want to eat her up she is so adorable. I don't want to her grow so fast. She is almost out of her 0-3 month clothes! At her 2 month check up (she was actually 2 and 1/2months) she was 15 pounds and almost 25 inches long which puts her in the greater than 95% for both height and weight. We also went to the Jr high down the road that has an awesome hill for rolling and running up and down to wear out the kids one Sunday afternoon. The last pictures are of the kids "helping" make applesauce. We have bottled a lot of fruit this year. Thanks to friends that have donated apples to us. :) We have done around 24 quarts of pears, 15 quarts and 7 pints of peaches, 12 pints of salsa, and 33 quarts of applesauce. We also have more tomatoes in the garden for salsa and I will try my hand at spaghetti sauce if the weather stays good enough to get us more tomatoes. I have really enjoyed canning. It's a great satisfaction at the end of the day to see the jars lined up on the counter knowing the work that went into it. The kids are already downing the applesauce. Life isn't easy or perfect but it is good. The Lord has been watching over our little family and I feel very blessed. I know that God does love me and my sweet husband who puts up with all my shortcomings as well as each of my children.
Kaylee's Blessing
It's been a while since I have posted anything. Kaylee Ann Whitworth was blessed on September 1, 2013 by her father. She is such a wonderful addition to our family. We love her more than words can express. I love to walk out and find Addison or Clark holding her hand and talking to her. She really has been a great baby. I don't want to curse myself but she hardly ever cries and will just let out little "waah"when she is hungry or tired. She is so adorable.
